HUMANITARIAN PROJECT 2024
It’s time to get started with this years HUMANITARIAN PROJECT!! CambryAnn Brady our currant Miss Drill Utah is heading up our Humanitarian Project:-) Read below for more information on how to get involved!!
We are gathering items for Christmas to give to 180 refugee family members from all over the world. These family members live in Bud Bailey housing connect in SLC. Many are single mothers who came with only the clothing on their backs. We are partnering with Project Shine – a non profit organization dedicated to bringing hope and love to these families.
All donations will be delivered at a holiday party for these families on Dec. 23rd. Get your families and your teams/communities involved! Bring your items to Miss Drill Utah on October 10th at Juan Diego HS in Draper anytime throughout the day/evening:-)
Items needed are:
- Books and Games for children 0-12 yrs old.
- Mascera, Lotion, Makeup, Socks, Games for teen girls ages 13-17 yrs old.
- Lego sets, McDonalds gift cards, and Games for teen boys ages 13-17 yrs old.
- Gift cards to grocery stores for refugee mothers.
- You can also venmo donations to @sav-projectshine
